Should any mistake or insufficient information is found in your orders, our customer service agents would reconfirm with you and then notify you of the ETA of your ordered products via email as a reminder.
Please inform us via telephone or mail in case that the product is damaged due to improper transportation, so that we could arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible (see Purchase notes: defected product replacement procedure for details). In case you need a replacement or refund, please inform us in advance via telephone or mail and also provide us with the product, delivery sheet and receipt otherwise your request of replacement or refund might be rejected.
